We fund game-changing solutions that provide students and caregivers with easy-to-obtain, meaningful, and actionable information on their student’s K-12 learning and development.

Students and caregivers want and need better insight so they can best support their educational and developmental journey.

Student data are often difficult for students and families to access and use. It is not equally accessible, nor is it communicated consistently or user-friendly. These are real challenges.

To best support their learning journey, students and caregivers need student data so they can make informed decisions when it comes to their education and development.

Inaugural Thrive Grant

We created the Thrive Grant to support leaders and organizations addressing the increasing demand and need to provide parents and caregivers with academic and non-academic information about their children.

In 2023, the Thrive Grant funded 30 grantees whose innovative work is making education data more meaningful for families and caregivers.

90% of grantees in our inaugural cohort serve high-need populations, including low-income, disadvantaged, and multilingual learners.

Thrive Big Ideas Challenge

The Thrive Challenge is a national competition designed to mobilize game-changing ideas that empower both students and caregivers with data to fuel student success and wellbeing.

We granted awards to 19 organizations. These grantees focus on one of two tracks by equipping:

1) Students with insight into their own data and ways to use it to support meaningful outcomes;

2) Parents and Caregivers with innovative, scalable tools to better understand and support their children’s learning journeys.
