We fund game-changing solutions that provide parents and caregivers with easy-to-obtain, meaningful, and actionable information on their children’s K-12 learning and development.
Parents and caregivers want and need better insight regarding their children so they can best support their educational and developmental journey.
Student data are often difficult for families to access and use. It is not equally accessible to all families, nor is it communicated consistently or user-friendly. These are real challenges.
To best support their children how and when they need it most, parents and caregivers need student data so they can make informed decisions when it comes to their children’s education and development.
About the Thrive Grant
Parents and caregivers are a critical part of a child’s K-12 education and development. With the generous support of our funders, Cambiar Education, in partnership with Tyton Partners, created the $3 million Thrive Grant program to surface fresh, innovative ways to making academic and non-academic information available and relevant to all parents, caregivers, and families.
The Thrive Grant program brings grantees together throughout the grant cycle to accelerate the impact of their solutions by building relationships and creating a community of practice.
“We look forward to seeing how our grantees’ innovative approaches will have an impact on the way schools engage with parents and families. Those will be key learnings we can use as we continue to transform parent engagement and advance data equity.”
